Welcome to Magma ChargeSpot, a brand owned and operated by Magma Technologies (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, The term “we”, “us”, “our” used anywhere on this page shall mean Magma Technologies, whose registered/operational office is 14 A, Lakshmi Nagar Main Rd, Laxmi Nagar 1st Street Tiruppur TAMIL NADU 641602 . “you”, “your”, “user”, “visitor” shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or agreed to purchase from us. By purchasing, installing, accessing, or using our charging stations, products, or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Product Usage
   The Magma ChargeSpot charging unit is to be used only for lawful purposes and for charging compatible electronic devices. Users and Hosts are responsible for using the device safely and reasonably.

2. Ownership & Licensing
   Hardware is sold to the customer; however, the software, web dashboard, QR payment system, and related cloud services remain the intellectual property of Magma Technologies. Customers receive a license to use the software, which may be revoked in case of misuse.

3. Revenue Model
   For shared-revenue partnerships, revenue payout percentages and schedules will be communicated and confirmed in writing. Magma Technologies reserves the right to modify pricing and commission structures with prior notice.

4. Service Availability
   While we aim for near 100% uptime, occasional interruptions may occur due to maintenance, connectivity, or external infrastructure issues. The Company is not liable for service interruptions beyond reasonable control.

5. Warranty
   Hardware includes a standard 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover misuse, water damage, unauthorized tampering, or damage due to improper electrical connections.

6. Limitation of Liability
   The Company is not liable for loss of revenue, device damage, indirect losses, or any claims arising from misuse or third-party interference with the product or service.

7. Policy Updates
   Magma Technologies may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the product or service constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

   • We, shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time
