Delivery & Installation

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 8-14 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

Magma Technologies is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 8-14 days rom the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.   1. Delivery Charges
    Standard delivery charges may apply based on location. Any applicable charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

  2. Installation Requirements

    • Minimum 2 ft x 2 ft space at the installation location

    • Standard 220V power outlet available

    • Clean and safe placement location accessible to customers

  3. Installation Support
    Installation is carried out by Magma-authorized personnel or guided remotely where applicable. On-site installation availability may vary by region.

  4. Activation & Setup
    Once installed, the QR payment system and dashboard access will be activated within 24 hours. The customer will receive a walkthrough of basic operation and usage.

  5. Post-Installation Support
    Magma Technologies provides:

    • Remote monitoring assistance

    • Troubleshooting guidance

    • Replacement support for warranty-covered components

  6. Liability for Site Conditions
    The customer/host is responsible for providing a safe installation environment. Magma Technologies is not responsible for damage caused by unsafe electrical supply, tampering, or physical impact after installation.
